ANCHOR Program
In the summer, MinKwon New Jersey provides direct support to community members to apply for the Anchor program.
This program, the Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters (ANCHOR) property tax relief program, is renewed annually based on the governor’s decision. However, since there is a gubernatorial election this year, it is uncertain whether the program will be continued. NJ Minkwon has assisted with new applications for the ANCHOR tax relief program twice in the past years, but it is still unclear whether the same support will be provided this year
